It’s just a boat ramp. There were lots of vultures. They were enjoying the parking lot, and eyeing the research team to see if we might be dead and edible. Not quite hot enough for that! A person could bicycle or kayak camp here. No one would bother you, except the mean person in the house next door with all of the “No Trespassing” signs. But perhaps they were tired of being bothered by boaters looking for amenities. There are none here. There is hardly a strip of mown lawn between the parking lot and the wild: unless one set up on the asphalt, camping would be hard.
